Out of all the household chores, laundry is definitely my least favorite. It's just never finished! Even if I manage to get all the dirty clothes (and towels and sheets) clean, the dirty pile starts again the minute we change for bed. Sigh...

Chris has never been big on doing laundry (understatement of the year - his family and roommates from the last 10 years can back me up on that) so it's mostly my responsibility. I do the gathering, sorting and folding, but Chris helps switch the loads when I just can't drag myself off the couch. We had a major static problem for a while though b/c he kept forgetting to use dryer sheets. More than once, a sock or pair of my undies hitched a ride in his sleeve or pant leg (talk about a fun little surprise at work)!

So when I heard about the new Bounce Dryer Bar, I knew it was made for us. No lie - it was practically the first thing on my shopping list for the new house. At $6, it's no more expensive than regular dryer sheets and takes a whole step out of the laundry process. We just stuck that sucker inside the dryer and we've been static free for five months now (although they usually last 2-4)!
